EUVIA4PL — EU Values in Action: Inclusive Citizenship in Polish Higher Education — is a 36-month Jean Monnet Module coordinated by VIZJA University in Warsaw. The project connects European Union values and fundamental rights with practical questions of inclusion, citizenship and university life in Poland.
From EU values to everyday decisions
Through lectures, seminars and supervised workshops, participants will explore how EU values can inform decisions about cultural heritage, sustainability, equal access, inclusive education, civic participation and intercultural dialogue. Poland-focused case studies will help learners develop evidence-based arguments and practical responses to institutional and societal challenges.
Six intensive schools
The planned teaching programme comprises three Winter Schools and three Summer Schools, providing 360 contact teaching hours in total. Each school will run over two weeks, with 10 teaching days and 60 contact hours. Programmes, teaching schedules and participation announcements will be published on this website as they are confirmed.
HUBonEU: resources for learning and reuse
The project will develop HUBonEU, an open-access learning hub with at least 40 reusable resources. These will include the module syllabus, teaching and assessment materials, six complete Poland-focused case packages and six accompanying infographics. Resources will be provided in Polish and English as specified in the project work plan.
Dialogue and practical recommendations
Each school will include a stakeholder session connecting academic learning with perspectives from public administration, civil society and/or the media. This dialogue will inform three policy briefs and a final bilingual practical guideline for higher-education stakeholders.
