EU values in action
Inclusive citizenship in Polish higher education — through learning, dialogue and open knowledge.
EUVIA4PL is a 36-month Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Module coordinated by VIZJA University in Warsaw. Its full title is EU Values in Action: Inclusive Citizenship in Polish Higher Education.
The module connects the values set out in Article 2 of the Treaty on European Union and the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights with practical dilemmas in university governance, teaching and civic life. Its focus is on turning knowledge into assessable competences for inclusion and participation.
Four objectives
01 / TEACHING
Learn through practice
Deliver 360 verified contact teaching hours through six intensive Winter and Summer Schools.
02 / OPEN RESOURCES
Build knowledge that lasts
Develop HUBonEU with bilingual teaching and assessment resources and six Poland-focused case packages.
03 / DIALOGUE
Connect academia and society
Embed stakeholder dialogue in each school and produce three policy briefs and a final practical guideline.
04 / QUALITY
Demonstrate learning
Evaluate learning through pre/post assessment and feedback, and consolidate evidence of teaching delivery.

The schools offer a structured learning pathway. The open hub makes teaching resources reusable beyond the participating cohorts. Policy outputs bring practical insights to higher-education stakeholders, while evaluation supports continuous improvement.

EUVIA4PL to 36-miesięczny moduł Jean Monnet realizowany przez Uniwersytet VIZJA w Warszawie. Projekt łączy wartości Unii Europejskiej i prawa podstawowe z praktyką włączającego szkolnictwa wyższego oraz aktywnego obywatelstwa w Polsce. Obejmuje sześć szkół zimowych i letnich, otwarte zasoby edukacyjne w języku polskim i angielskim oraz dialog z interesariuszami.
