Registration is not yet open. Confirmed dates, application forms and practical arrangements will be published with each call.
Who can take part?
Applications are welcome from VIZJA University students in any year of study in these three schools:
- School of Business
- School of Social Sciences
- School of Humanities and Fine Arts
No minimum grade average or language-proficiency requirement applies. Teaching will be in English and Polish. You do not need to provide a language certificate.

Each school comprises 60 contact hours: 20 lecture hours and 40 hours of supervised practical work, spread over 10 teaching days within two weeks. Read the selected school’s syllabus for attendance, preparation and assessment requirements.
Your next steps
- Choose a school. Compare the six themes, learning outcomes and practical assignments. Download the relevant annual syllabus.
- Check the call when it opens. Review the confirmed timetable, deadline, participation commitments and practical arrangements.
- Complete the official application form. Include 2–3 sentences explaining why you would like to take part.
- Wait for confirmation. Submitting an application does not itself confirm a place. The project team will notify you of your place or reserve-list status.
- Prepare for the school. Review the syllabus and the materials provided by the organisers.
How places will be allocated
Complete eligible applications will be considered in the order received, up to the available capacity. Further eligible applicants will join a reserve list in the same order. The short motivation statement introduces your interests and is not used to rank applicants.
For now: explore the programmes and follow project news. Email is available for enquiries; it does not replace the official application form or reserve a place.
